A brand-locked studio for Hockey365 social posts, covers, profile pictures and short motion clips. Everything lives in this one file — nothing is uploaded, and posts, templates and campaigns are shared just by sending the file.
Get started
1 · New post
Click New post to pick a template and size (feed, story, cover or profile). Or start from Blank canvas.
2 · Design it
Use the left rail to add elements and set a background. Click anything on the canvas to move, resize or edit it; the right panel has all its controls.
3 · Download or post
Download saves the image. Write your post text in the Caption tab (or the Post window); Quick Post jumps to Facebook / Instagram and copies the caption for you.
The toolbar
Add
Text, brand logos, watermarks (faded backdrop versions of the H365, H, goalie and player marks), photos, shapes and hockey graphics — grouped in collapsible sections.
BG
Background: Black, Dark glow, Duotone split, Ice rink, Light rays, Bold stripes, a Photo, or a Video clip behind the post.
Split
Divide the canvas into 2, 3 or 4 sections — side-by-side, stacked, diagonal, an X, a Y, or quadrants. Click a section for a corner control to set it to a photo, video or colour; drag the round knobs on the seams to resize sections; press & hold a photo to reposition it.
Photos
Your reusable image library — ＋ Add photos you use often and remove any you don't; click one to place it.
Special
Ready-made composites: phone chat mockup, stat blocks, badges, score bug, QR code, and a Partner logo row for sponsors.
Motion, campaigns & sharing
Motion tab
Animate elements (fade / slide / pop, loops) — or Quick animate all for a one-click staggered entrance — and export a WebM or GIF. Add a video background, picture-in-picture video, or music.
Design tips
Text has a Readability option (shadow / dark box) so it pops on photos, and a custom colour picker sits beside the brand swatches. The Post window can also auto-fit and export other sizes at once.
Caption tab
Write your post text — with emoji — right beside Design / Motion / Layers. It saves with the post and travels in the shared file.
Plan ▾
One menu for planning: Campaigns (bundle posts with caption, status, date, time & channel and share as one file), the Schedule calendar of every post across all campaigns plus unassigned standalone posts, and Add this post to… a campaign — or keep it standalone — straight from the canvas.
Schedule & calendars
Give each post a date and time. On any calendar, drag a post to reschedule and click it to adjust its time or status. Campaign views: Cards, List, Calendar and Present (scroll the whole set). Export a schedule to CSV to share or print. It's a planner — you post each one manually at its time; automatic posting comes with the FileMaker version.
Templates & files
Save your own templates and open / import shared post, template or campaign files. Keep them in a shared folder to act like a team library.
Quick Post
Copies your caption and opens the platform — then you attach the image you downloaded. One-click auto-posting comes with the FileMaker step.
Tip: video and music are session-only — they don't travel inside a shared file, so a teammate re-adds their own clips. Everything else travels.
